Common questions
We already have a booking system.
You can keep using it for phone and walk-in bookings. In MatchPoint you choose which courts and hours you want available through the app.
Do we set the prices?
Yes. You set a price per court and time, with a separate peak rate, from the dashboard.
What about cancellations?
Booking and cancellation arrangements are set by the club. Players should confirm them directly with you.
Can we see a player history?
Every player has a profile with their sport, area, Elo rating and match history.
What about payments?
Payments are not currently processed through MatchPoint. Any payment is arranged directly between the player and the club.
