In the app your club has its own page: a description, contact details, the address with directions, the courts with their surface and price, each day’s free times and the club ladder. You write and change all of it yourself, in the portal.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to change booking system?
Not necessarily. If you already use Book+Play, MatchPoint connects to it. Otherwise you choose which courts and hours open in the app, and phone bookings go into the same schedule.
Where does our club appear?
In the app’s list of courts and on its map, at the club’s exact location.
What do players see about our club?
The club’s page in the app: a description, contact details, the address with directions, the courts with their surface and price, each day’s free times and the club ladder. Courts, prices and availability can be seen without an account.
Can each court have its own hours?
Yes. Each court has its own hours for every day, split if you need. A ready-made pattern, or one court’s week, goes onto the others in one tap.
What happens when we close for a holiday or maintenance?
You close the date for one court or the whole club, with a reason if you like. On that day the app shows the court as closed.
Who gets into our ladder?
Straight in: anyone with the members’ link or who scans the poster, and anyone who has played on your courts. Everyone else sends a request and you approve it.
Do we set the prices?
Yes. You set a price per court and hour, with a separate price for peak hours.
What about payments and cancellations?
Payments do not go through MatchPoint: they are settled directly between the player and the club. The club sets its own booking and cancellation terms.
