What if we already have a booking system?
That's fine — MatchPoint works alongside your existing system. We sync bookings to avoid double-booking, and you can keep using whatever you have for walk-ins or phone bookings.
Do we set the prices?
Completely. You set base, peak, and off-peak pricing per court, plus any weekend surcharge. MatchPoint doesn't touch your rates.
What about cancellations?
You set your own cancellation policy — how many hours in advance, whether deposits are refundable, etc. We enforce it automatically when players try to cancel.
Can we see player history before confirming a booking?
Yes. Every player on MatchPoint has a profile with their match history, no-show rate, and reputation score. You can require manual confirmation for new or low-rep players.
What if we want to leave?
